I'm a curious person who loves to solve business problems through data, systems, and technology. My academic foundation — Industrial Engineering & Management paired with Intermediate Chartered Accountancy — gave me a rare lens: I think in systems and in numbers simultaneously.
That combination has shaped how I approach Revenue Operations. I don't treat it as just a tech stack or a reporting function. I treat it as the connective tissue of a business — where strategy meets execution, where data meets decisions.
I've set up and optimised Revenue Operations functions across multiple Unicorns and Soonicorns globally — both as a full-time operator and as a consultant. My work spans the full lead-to-cash journey: ICP definition, pipeline architecture, CRM design, reporting frameworks, and the AI workflows that reduce manual overhead without losing rigour.
